Susie Tomenchok is a 25-year executive in the Telecommunications Industry. Her expertise is in executive coaching, sales strategy and business development. Tomenchok strongly believes executives can improve their careers and contribution to their companies by incorporating coaching to drive self and team awareness. Susie uses StrengthsFinder™[1] assessment as a key tool. Self awareness and knowing your key tools and how to apply them results in satisfaction professionally and personally. Her passion is working with executive level professionals to help them navigate tough corporate politics, develop strategies for all types of negotiations or conversations and build a plan to ensure success as a maturing executive.
Tomenchok has helped many executives through her experience as a leader, mentor and coach. She enjoys coaching because she likes to challenge people and help them see their potential in order to achieve goals that they didn’t know were possible. Simply put, she is a Relator who enjoys getting a deep understanding of the person and each circumstance to guide the person toward the best approach for personal success.
In the spring of 2012, Tomenchok launched Inturri Consulting. Inturri was established to provide expertise in sales strategy and business coaching servicing the business-to-business marketplace. Her experience has been in large, complex organizations all the way down to mid-size companies and even as a partner in a start-up. She brings experiences within a variety of organization where being successful internally is as equally important as building long-term relationships externally while driving tough business objectives.
Prior to launching Inturri, Tomenchok served as the Senior Vice President of Client Business Services for Encompass Digital Media. She also was an executive at Comcast for ten years.
She is responsible for contract negotiation, issue resolution, business development and defining technical solutions by understanding and anticipating the future needs of her clients.
She became a certified StrengthsFinder certified[2] coach in the fall of 2016. She is a graduate of the Betsy Magness Institute, class of XIX. This program is well respected in the Telecom industry as only an elite group of women are selected to apply and of this group, a select number of women are chosen to participate in the extensive program.
